It’s time 2 get scary!

With the recent release of the wonderful movie Paranorman, I was able to get my hands on some posters, but I have ended up with an extra! Which means it’s time for my first giveaway!

The winner shall receive:

• A theater display sized poster of Paranorman (measures 40x27 inches)

• Plus various bonus ~Spooky Goodies~

Because the poster is one that has been on display at a theater, it has slight wrinkles and one small tear. I have reenforced the corners and have fixed the tear. It is in all over good condition.

Okay so last weekend I took the whole weekend for myself and personal projects, which I hadn’t done in sooo long because I’ve been so busy with work and now moving, but it was much needed. 

I’m planning on doing a Teen Titans fancomic, it’ll be like my own reboot kind of???? but I also want the tumblr fandom to pitch in with their ideas and headcanons and we can bring them to life omdfg gsfgslk it’ll be so cute and fun and foomfg i’ll hopefully be making a sideblog for this soon so you can all submit ideas and stuff! so yeah these are some of the redesigns for the dream team! i’m just missing wally west which I haven’t drawn also have the leader here!

I wish my child did not have autism,

what they’re really saying is,

I wish the autistic child I have did not exist, and I had a different (non-autistic) child instead.

Read that again. This is what we hear when you mourn over our existence. This is what we hear when you pray for a cure. This is what we know, when you tell us of your fondest hopes and dreams for us: that your greatest wish is that one day we will cease to be, and strangers you can love will move in behind our faces.

Today a post showed up on my dash that complained about girls who have ~traditionally feminine~ interests. *It’s not the first time (and it will in all likelihood will not be the last time) that this kind of attitude has popped up, and I wish I could kill it with fire.  As my buddy Heather likes to point out, there is no wrong way to be a girl.  I wish people would stop putting down other women and invalidating their choices because they don’t match their own.  It doesn’t matter if a girl prefers facebook to tumblr, makeup to a bareface or shopping to videogames, because she is a complex human being, who doesn’t deserve to be written off because she doesn’t match your idea of what’s special or different. Please stop simplifying women to caricatures.
